Aboalarm

With Aboalarm the users can easily cancel their unnecessary subscriptions or contracts and  therefore save money. All cancellation forms and the transmission was developed with lawyers. Over 3 million layoffs were successfully transmitted through the Aboalarm platform to this date.

Aboalarm was in need of a temporary COO / Head of Finance to provide leadership of the company financial planning, tax filing, and budget management functions. We also ensured the tax reporting obligations on high priority.

Our approach was to act as a direct member of the Executive Management Team of Aboalarm with a primary responsibility for all aspects of the financial affairs of the business including financial reporting, development of the budget, forecasting, profitability analyses, and cost control review. We quickly built reliance with the CEO, CFO and employees by handling multiple tasks that required urgent attention, and customized an integration methodology. Additionally, we developed a new financial cube as part of the BI in close collaboration with the Chief Data Officer.

Through a replacement of the financial reporting and analysis system we reached an improvement in accuracy and efficiency by 34%. Our supervision and new cash-flow integration procedures secured the payment transactions. The annual tax form was transmitted on time.
